We are rather reluctant to write this review as Cascades is a secret we aren't sure we want to share. We are speechless in our praise. The food is incomparable. The service is discreet yet attentive and our waiter, William, is highly informed. Best food we have had this year, if not this decade; we had lunch and dinner. Now we just need to try the breakfast which we hear is excellent.Elegant, yet casual and comfortable.
