House specialties are served in generous portions. Try the best bobotie in town, pickled fish, real homemade burgers and the freshest hake ’n’ chips.
Lighter meals proffer creative salads, chunky soups and sandwiches with irresistible scones, muffins, malva pudding and decadent rum puddle cake to compliment your coffee and round off your meal.

The week before I was due to go into hospital I went with friends to your tearoom, where, already full, we ordered, at the urging of one us, just one rumpuddle pudding between the six of us. To her credit the waitress didn't raise her eyebrows, and simply brought us six teaspoons. It was unbelievably delicious. After I came out of hospital, one of those friends came round with what she called an "unusual greeting card."
