These bedrooms have double-size beds, showers and baths, double basins and leads to the dressing room with built-in cupboards. Bedroom three offers a double-size bed with its own en-suite bathroom with a bath. Bedroom four offers two single beds and an en-suite bathroom with a shower.The doors of the upstairs open-plan area with TV, lounge and kitchenette, folds back onto the balcony. There is also a scullery fitted with fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. The scullery leads into the enclosed courtyard. The dining room, with views of the golf course and ocean, seats eight people and the doors also fold back on one side to the pool with a safety net.The downstairs area has a well-equipped and modern kitchen with state of the art appliances including a gas hob. The folding doors, the length of the patio, brings the indoors outside to the entertainment area. The lounge with bar opens up to the veranda and built-in braai area with spectacular views of the golf course and ocean.
