About Zetties - Sea front/View

Welcome to Arniston and Arniston-Etnas near the southernmost town in Africa, Cape L'Agulhas and arguably one of the most beautiful parts of Southern Africa.

Zetties has a lovely sunny stoep with beautiful sea view. Downstairs you will find two bedrooms. One bedroom with a double bed and the other with two single beds. Upstairs you will find a huge open plan area with a TV room in the middle. On the ends are two alcoves with beds. One side has a double bed and the other has two single beds. This house has two bathrooms. The house also have an inside braai and portable outside braai. Sunny downstairs stoep with lovely sea view. Please note only one small dog allowed. Enclosed yard.

DSTV - Bring own decoder and smart card. Dish not compatible for PVR decoders. Bring own Towels. Bedding provided. Alarm: Inside beams.

Arniston is famous for starry night sky’s as we do not have street lights. The Arniston Beaches have clear rock pools ideal for snorkeling and warm water up to 20 degrees during summer. Hiking along the coast and resting on the memorial benches is a high point. During September whale watching must be added to your list. Arnistonis also a well known fishing destination. Watch the local fishermen launch their boats and join in the excitement when they bring home their catch of the day. The Cave, that can only be accessed during low tide, must also be added on your list of things to do.

You will take full responsibility for all breakages, damages or losses during your period of rent, whether by occupants or your guests.
You use the premises and all equipment at your own risk and I will not hold Etna's Southern Tip (Pty) Ltd or the home owners responsible for any losses or damages during your stay.
You further understand that if you exceed the permitted number of tenants (children included), or cause a disturbance by having loud parties, you will be required to vacate the property immediately!
No loud parties are allowed.
No 21'st or matric parties aloud.
Only permitted number of people (children included) are allowed per property.
If you exceed this number, you will be asked to vacate the property immediately.
Right of admission reserved by management.
No under 21's without proper adult supervision allowed.
Make sure of your choice as you cannot change houses on arrival.
No axes for chopping wood allowed.
No furniture may be moved around under any circumstances.
Use the alarm system of the house/flat as explained in the booklet or by the agent when you check in.
If your house is pet friendly, not that pets are not allowed on any furniture.
No refund for shortened stays.
