About Zebra Country Lodge

True South African hospitality awaits guests at Zebra Country Lodge. Surrounded by 200 hectares of lush bushveld in a tranquil setting, Zebra Country Lodge is ideally located only 30 kilometres from Pretoria and 67 kilometres from Johannesburg International Airport.

Accommodation is a choice of 3 uniquely different lodges, each with their own distinct ambience.
Mountain Lodge, Zebra Stables and Bush Lodge all offer splendid views over the far-off hills and a series of gurgling, running streams in manicured gardens. Various species of wildlife and game can be viewed on guided open-vehicle game drives, birding safaris and bush walks.

Each lodge have their own restaurant and bar, reception, lounge, boma, swimming pool and conference facilities. Superb international cuisine is served by our warm and friendly staff, and traditional braais/barbecues, picnic baskets and bush dinners under evening skies are also available.

Our beautiful chapel has hosted many happy weddings and Ndebele Cultural Village is a must experience to learn all about the culture and colourful crafts of the Ndebele people. Helicopter flights from the lodge can be arranged, hot air ballooning, nearby golf courses and 4x4 trails are easily accessible, including many more.
Day excursions to Pretoria and Johannesburg are also arranged on request.

Safari: We offer exciting nature drives, bush walks and hiking opportunities.

Spa: Massage therapies and other spa treatments are available at the Lodge.

Wedding Venues: Whether you wish to have a private intimate wedding for 30 guests or an extravagant reception for up to 300 guests, Zebra Nature Reserve caters to your individual needs.

Conference Venues: We are able to host up to 300 delegates in 4 dedicated and fully equipped conference venues. The lodge also offers a variety of team building activities with approved outsourced suppliers, and creatively themed evenings.

Family friendly: Lots for kids to do including swimming pools at each lodge and our Reptile Center

Romantic: What's more romantic than a sundowner nature drive, followed by a boma dinner under the stars and ending with a special room turndown

★★★★★ Reception was not very helpful. They gave us a key and we had to find the room on our own. Had to look for it nearly 20 min as the room did not have a number. The outside of the lodge is very nice, however the inside needs a facelift. We had to ask them to convert the bed to a double bed, they constantly called to ask if we are eating in the restaurant etc. Not very enjoyable. Will not go back.
