The Windsor Hotel has two conference venues accommodating from 10-100 delegates. Conference venues are Air conditioned equipped with standard conferencing equipment including a data projector; Wi-Fi and more.
Children 0 – 12 years stay free of charge when sharing room with adults and 13 – 17 years are charged R100.00 per child sharing with adults per night

Cancellation 0 - 30 days before date of arrival, or no-show – visitor forfeits 100% of deposit paid.
Cancellations on the day of arrival and "no shows" will be charged in full.
Should a booking be cancelled on the day of arrival, any pre-payment or deposit will be forfeited.
Should the guest "no show" the deposit or pre-payment will be forfeited.
Early departures are non-refundable..
All cancellations must be in writing.
