Windbreak is set in the beautiful Pringle Bay. The cottage is situated on a hill and overlooks the entire bay.
The house has three bedrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a stove and a fridge. The lounge area has amazing views of the ocean. Guests also have access to an outside wooden deck with lovely views. Parking is available on the premises.
Pringle Bay is just over an hour's drive from Cape Town and is the ideal location for a beach breakaway.
The house is a mere 5 minute walk to the beach, which is ideal for walking, swimming and surfing to name but a few activities.
The world class Arabella Golf course is a 25 minute drive away.
This property is ideal for families.
Couples can enjoy a drink on the wooden deck whilst enjoying the spectacular views and sunsets, or stroll along the beach situated just below the house. Hermanus and The Hemel and Aarde wine valley are also a short drive away.
Covid compliant, all protocols have been put in place and the premises is completely and thoroughly cleaned 48 hours prior to guest arrival.
