Tucked away in Wilderness Heights high in the mountains, Wilderness Holiday Home is perfect for group friends or a family looking for a peaceful getaway.This house has two bedrooms that can accommodate up to four guests. The main bedroom has a queen-size bed and the second bedroom has a bunk bed. A double bed can be arranged upon request in the second room. Duvets, linen, pillows, blankets, and bath towels are provided. There is a bathroom with a shower and a bath. Wilderness Holiday Home is a private space, surrounded by a beautiful garden and fenced off from the rest of the 5 hectare farm making it safe for the children to run and play freely. There is a splash pool for the family to enjoy on hot summer day.

Important Information
1. The swimming pool is used at your own risk, we shall not be held responsible for any personal injury, damage or
loss.
2. We will not be held responsible for any claims for loss or damages to property, personal injury or any loss of life,
howsoever caused, including but not limited to gross negligence.
3. I accept that there is no smoking inside the building including the rooms. A fee of R1000 for cleaning will be
charged in the event of smoking in the rooms and I understand that I will be responsible for the payment thereof.
4. I agree that should any property of Wilderness Eco Village Pty/Casey Horn be found to be missing or damaged
through any fault of myself any member of my party, Casey Horn is authorised to recover the reasonable cost of
such loss or damage by using the damage deposit paid on confirmation & recovering any additional costs from me
and I will be liable for any legal costs involved in such recovery.
5. I understand that Casey Horn will inform me of any such claim by email, as stated above.
6. I understand and agree to the following house rules and agree that if these do not adhere to myself and the
members of my party will leave the premises. No refund will be given:
a - No parties and loud music may be held at Wilderness Holiday home.
b - No entering into the animal paddocks, no touching or abusing the farm animals is permitted
c - No additional guests are permitted on the property without prior consent from Owners.
d - Guests are welcome to pick vegetables from the garden with the owners' consent.
7. I understand that the property is a 5 Hectare working farm, which means that the owners and workers will be
doing their daily tasks on the farm like switching water on to water gardens, feeding farm animals and general
garden care. We take care to keep this to a minimum and will communicate times that we going to be doing this.
8. The farm-house is fully self-catering, our housekeeper will do a change over every 5 days. Should you require the
house cleaned each day, a service fee of R200/ day will apply. Please advise if you would like to add this service.
