About Whispering Waters
This is a lovely three bedroom house situated in the quaint town of Arniston. The house can comfortably accommodate six guests. An additional room can be opened for two extra beds if needed, at an additional cost. The house has one bedroom with a double bed and en suite shower. The remaining two bedrooms have two single beds in each room. There is an outside shower and toilet in rustic water tanks and is a unique feature of the house. Another room with two single beds can be opened on request at an additional fee of R50 per child or R100 per extra adult per night. DSTV

Important Information
Booking administration fee of R25 must be added to the deposit.
Deposit must be paid within 48 hours.
No booking will be confirmed unless the full deposit amount has been cleared by the bank.
You will take full responsibility for all breakages, damages or losses during your period of rent, whether by occupants or your guests.
You use the premises and all equipment at your own risk and I will not hold Etna's Accommodation or the home owners responsible for any losses or damages during your stay.
You further understand that if you exceed the permitted number of tenants (children included), or cause a disturbance by having loud parties, you will be required to vacate the property immediately.
No loud parties are allowed.
No 21'st or matric parties allowed.
Only permitted number of people (children included) are allowed per property.
If you exceed this number, you will be asked to vacate the property immediately.
Please note:
Right of admission reserved by management.
No under 21's without proper adult supervision allowed.
No refund for shortened stays.
Check in time: 14:00 and check out time 10:00.
Load shedding:
Please bring lanterns or lights.
Please be sure to email the accommodation, once the booking has been confirmed, regarding the picking up of keys.
