We clean entire apartment and sprayed with hygiene spray each time we have new guests. Left bottle of hygiene spray in each room. We have put strict RULES on poster on wall in kitchen of where they are allowed and not allowed in complex.

Refundable BREAKAGE DEPOSIT of R1000, and a non-refundable exit cleaning fee of R400 will be due on final deposit which is due 72 hours before arrival.
