You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Please note that check-in takes place at the reception of Park Farm, West Lane, Felton, BS40 9UP (same premises as the Lodge). When arriving at the address, you need to travel straight up the drive through the gate and up to the parking office to check-in. From here you will be taken to the lodge. Parking for your stay is free, a fee applies for any parking after checkout. Free airport parking and transfers are available to guests. 1 weeks parking with transfers cost GBP 44 and GBP 68 for 2 weeks. Transfers are operated 24 hours a day all year around. Kindly note the property cannot process payments from American Express credit cards, and an alternative card will be required.
