The West Coast Cactus apartment is located on a tranquil smallholding on top the hill on the peninsula with vast views over Paternoster and the Colombine lighthouse! Watch our amazing sunsets over the Atlantic ocean.The apartment has 2 bedrooms, a full bathroom (bath, shower, toilet, basin), separate lounge/dining area with and an open plan kitchenette with a mini-stove, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle and toaster. The TV has DStv channels for you to enjoy after a day out exploring the West Coast. Complimentary tea, coffee and milk are provided for your arrival, in addition to towels and toiletries. The apartment has 2 patios - front and back, so you can enjoy different views, and your braai, regardless of the weather! West Coast Cactus is pet-friendly, and has a cactus and succulent nursery on the smallholding for you to browse.Here you can relax and enjoy the peacefulness of being off the beaten track, while still being close to Paternoster, Velddrif, Langebaan and Saldanha. The bird-watching on the smallholding is unparalleled, and St Helena Bay has numerous beaches and little bays to discover.

Beach: Westcoast cactus is on top of mountain, in St Helena but overlooking Patrenoster sea, and if you go down the mountain you have the St HelHelena beach, rock pools, white sandy beaches or harbour to look at the boats or buy a snoek to braai

Family friendly: On a small holding, on top of mountain, overlooking the sea in Patrenoster. Very quite area, so perfect for kids to just go walk or bring their bikes with, while parents can sit and braai without worrying about kids

★★★★★ Die paar dae het te vinnig verby gegaan maar ons het elke oomblik van ons verblyf terdee geniet. Met die vryheid wat jy geniet voel jy amper of jy op die plaas is. Die blyplek is baie skoon en niks wat jy nodig het ontbreek nie. Wilma en haar man is baie gasvrye mense. Ons sal beslis weer gaan maar volgende keer net langer bly.

★★★★★ Het 4 nagte gebly in 'n pragtige skoon huisie. Wilma en Tony, die eienaars is regte "down to earth" mense wat ons soos familie laat tuisvoel het. Het heerlik gerus en kon die mooiste uitsig en sonsondergange geniet vanuit die leefvertrek. Gaan beslis weer daar uitspan!

★★★★★ very neat and comfortable. If you want just to rest and relax this is the place to go. Very friendly and helpful owners but not overwhelming. A few more plates and bowls will help when you want to prepare your own food. But overall great and we will recommend this spot.

Tony even helped by picking up my wife and our dogs when I was waiting on roadside assistance to help with our bakkie that broke down.
