This lovely cottage, which overlooks the beautiful Britannia Bay Beach, can sleep five guests max.
This cottage, which has a dining room, lounge, kitchen and three bedrooms, includes DStv, a chest freezer and a two-door fridge, as well as a washing machine.
The master bedroom has an extra TV to use besides the one in the lounge. On the side of the home is an outside shower to use .
No pets allowed.
This unit is very close to the beach.

Important Information
There is a breakage deposit payable of R1600, of which R100 is banking/admin charges. R1500 will be refunded to you five working days from the day you check out, and after an inspection of the property. Should there be no damages or losses, the breakage deposit will be refunded to you.
There is no additional cleaning fee payable for the book-out clean; however, if guests would like cleaning during their stay, they will be required to contact the cleaning company directly to arrange and pay.
You will be required to complete and sign a short term leas agreement, and we require a copy of the guests' ID and full banking details (for the refund of the breakage deposit).
Please note: you are required to bring your own bath and beach towels.
