Waterside Villa is situated only half an hour from Mombasa, Kenya, within a two and a half meter security wall on 25 acres of the finest land on the south coast of Kenya. The villa is a favorite holiday spot for group travels. Waterside villa comprises four very large en-suite bedroom/sitting rooms with two bedrooms having their own private jacuzzi. Each bedroom has it's own mini kitchen with fridge and tea/coffee facilities. All four are situated around a beautiful designer swimming pool with split level waterfalls. Waterside villa comprises four very large en-suite bedroom/sitting rooms with two bedrooms having their own private jacuzzi. Each bedroom has it's own mini kitchen with fridge and tea/coffee facilities. All four are situated around a beautiful designer swimming pool with split level waterfalls. The rooms and interiors are also designed with furniture from the famous Funzi furniture workshops.

Guests can order local and continental meals at the restaurant.

The Villa offers stable electricity, on-site parking facilities and laundry services. Car hire and airport shuttle services are also available to Guests upon request. The premises are guarded by security personnel.

The Villa is in close proximity to Tiwi Rock Hills, Shimba Hills Reserve (which is famed for it's elephants, cape buffalo and the rare sable antelope) and Tsavo National Park. There are also secluded beaches to the immediate right and left of the cliff top.
