Both bedrooms have queen-size beds and lovely white linens; the main bedroom looks onto the waterside garden and the 2nd bedroom faces the Afro-Maroc courtyard. The lounge has L-shaped sofa and arm chairs and bi-fold glass doors that open up to the wooden deck for a seamless inside-outside flow. The Scandi-style kitchen has everything you need and more for a stylish self-catering family holiday by the seaside on Cape Town's south peninsula.

It's the outstanding, uninterrupted view of water and mountains that is totally mesmerising and very relaxing. Take to the water on our stable kayaks or jump in for a swim. Or bring your fishing rod and see what you can catch - there are plenty of fish in here!

Surfer's Corner at Muizenberg Beach, with perfect surfing waves and loads of cafes and restaurants, is just 1.5km down the road. Quirky shops and restaurants of Kalk Bay are 10 mins drive along the coast road, the next village is Fish Hoek, then Simon's Town and Boulder's Beach penguins. To get right down to Cape Point and Cape of Good Hope is a scenic 1 hour drive. Cape Town, Table Mountain, V&A Waterfront, Kirstenbosch Gardens and Constantia Winelands is a 30 minute drive. Stellenbosch is 45 mins drive and Franschhoek takes1 hour.
