About Waters Edge Accommodation
Water’s Edge Accommodation is situated opposite the Fish Hoek & Clovelly Beach, halfway between Fish Hoek and Kalk Bay on the main road towards Simon's Town.We offer a well positioned self-catering bachelor studio unit which sleeps one or two guests in twin beds, or a large king-size bed. It has a kitchenette equipped with microwave and fridge, basic cutlery and crockery. It has has an en-suite with a bath, toilet and washbasin. Linen and towels are provided on a weekly basis.From here you can watch the whales play in season, (usually June to November), take a swim in
Swim in warm sea water, tidal pools nearby; laze at beach bars/restaurants. Walk to Kalk Bay Harbour for fishing, walk on the pier; deep sea fishing & restaurants & surf, wind surf, dive, snorkel, cage dive, boating, sail, penguins, seals.
A wellness centre and sa is stituated approximately 15 km's away at five star resorts.
We are situated 1 Km from the Clovelly golf course ane within short driving distance of approximately another 20.
Lovely sea views to False Bay where’s ou can see whales and dolphins play, from the window or sea view terraces (in season).

Important Information
If reservation is made more than 6 weeks in advance we require 50 deposit on making the reservation and the balance six weeks prior to check in. Failure to pay balance of quote by this time may result in cancellation of the reservation. If reservation is made less than 6 weeks in advance we require 100% payment to secure accommodation.
All quotes are dependant on availability of unit at the time of clients' acceptance and payment of said quote. Please pay by EFT as cash deposits attract a R100 bank cash deposit fee for which you are liable.
FIT and LIT Deposit and cancellation policy:
A cancellation fee of 50% of the quoted room rate will be charged on individual accommodation if booking cancellation is made within 30 days prior to occupation date; 75% if cancellation is made 14 days prior, 100% cancellation fee will be charged if cancelled 7 days prior/or on due day of arrival or thereafter. However if possible we do attempt to offer alternative accommodation at another time, depending on availability.
Other Terms and Conditions:
We are not pet friendly. All breakages will be charged. Cleaning is done prior to taking occupation only. The contact details of a cleaner (her Rate: R150) can be made available should you need one. There is no washing machine or dishwasher on the but Fish Hoek has 2 Laundromats and Kalk Bay another.
Should the one bedroomed sea view house be rented please note the following:
Even though the full sea view dining room is not included in your quote you are welcome to use it, but please note our staff may use it occasionally for ironing, etc. This house has the added security of sharing the property with a few bachelors with their own outside entrances. It shares the main entrance (only) with one bachelor. There are communal barbecue areas available on sea view terraces.
Limitation and Liability:
Guests agree on behalf of themselves and the members of their parties that neither the establishment, its owners, employees nor agents shall be responsible for any injury or death of any person or the loss or destruction of or damage to any property upon the premises, whether arising from fire, theft or any cause and by whomsoever caused or arising from the negligence (gross or otherwise) or wrongful act of any person in the employment of the guesthouse.
