Important Information
Booking is essential. Availability not guaranteed due to high demand. The Apartment is about 100m away from the dam’s entrance (and is not situated on the water). There is a street and field between the apartment and the dam. Self-catering and food preparation facilities are available. Please note that breakfast and/or other meals are not included in the rate, but available to choose from a set menu at additional cost, served from 8am – 12noon. Please note reservation confirmation only upon receiving total 100% payment of total booking (Bookings only confirmed with 100% deposit). The apartment is upstairs, having to take the steps & all can accommodate 2 people only. Please note prices are subject to change without prior notice and peak rate will be charged accordingly. Some independent travel agents and websites might have added commission onto our rates and therefore differ. Unfortunately, we do not accept single night bookings over weekends, minimum stay of 2 nights. Since we are in a residential area we are obligated to consider the other guests and neighbours. Therefore, we can’t allow any noise, music, parties or group socials and braais. Arrival time from 2PM. Departure time strictly before 10am on day of departure. Failure to check out by 10am will be levied with R100 per hour charged. Room Cleaning and re-making will be available from 8am – 12noon. Guests should kindly allow household staff access between these hours as no household services after 12noon available. Right of admission will be reserved and no misbehaviour allowed. Guest/s attends the establishment at their own risk. The proprietor, its manager/s and/or its employees shall not be liable for; and the guest/s hereby waive/s and abandon/s any claims of whatever nature including but not limited to that of theft, injury, loss or damage of whatever nature, against the proprietor, whether arising from the Proprietor’s default, negligence or otherwise. Please assure for nothing to stay behind as the proprietor does not take responsibility for any lost items. Cancellation policy applies.
