Vredekloof Accommodation is located on a 5,000 square metre property in the heart of Vredekloof, with easy access to all major roads. We are situated only 15 minutes from Cape Town, Stellenbosch and Paarl and only five minutes from the new Cape Gate Shopping Centre and the Cape Gate Medi-Clinic. Important Information
Due prior to arrival for all Bookings: Remote, Breakage and Key deposit R 600.
Please forward expected time of arrival. Please do not park or drive on the grass; pop-ups for irrigation can be damaged.
It is your responsibility to check if the reservation is correct. Should the reservation be incorrect, please contact the reservations office immediately. Should the reservation not be taken up on the arrival date the accommodation will be held until 09h00 the following day, after which the reservation will be cancelled and the deposit, forfeited. Please present your Confirmation Letter, which will be sent on receipt of the deposit, at arrival at reception. With your Confirmation Letter more information regarding Places to Visit and Things to See around Vredekloof Accommodation, will be sent. The balance of outstanding amount is payable before occupancy of Unit. A Key and Breakage deposit of R400 is also payable upon occupancy and will be refunded after vacating and inspection by Manager. Smoking inside the unit, any breakages, departure after 10h00, not adhering to the maximum occupancy per unit and leaving dirty dishes will constitutes forfeiture of your deposit or part thereof. Deposit Inspections will be done by Vredekloof Accommodation and be refunded the day after departure. Please complete the Survey and provide your banking details to enable us to do the refund. Occupancy is strictly from 14:00 and vacating at 10:00, unless prior arrangements has been made and confirmed in writing by Vredekloof Accommodation. Maximum occupancy limits must be adhered to at all times and includes children of all ages. Should you not adhere to the maximum occupancy a fee of R200 per extra, person will be charged per day. Please inform us in advance if you anticipate arriving after the stipulated check-in time. Please note that no pets are allowed. Housekeeping can be arranged for R150.00 extra per day. Vredekloof Accommodation accepts no liability whatsoever for any injury, death, loss, terrorism, insurrection, riot, boycott, theft, labour action, government action, natural disaster, bad weather or interrupted electrical/water/municipal services. Please also make sure that underaged kids always be supervised. No smoking allowed inside the Unit.
