Voorbegin Bosveldverblyf offers accommodation on a farm about an hour's drive from Pretoria, 25 km from Bela-Bela on the Thabazimbi road in the Bushveld, but we are not part of the Mabalingwe Game Reserve, which is about 6 km from us. The accommodation can accommodate a total of 9 guests, but it is located in 2 different buildings a little apart. The best, largest and most private place, ideal for weekends, longer stays or even a Bushveld holiday, is the self-catering cottage, or the Chalet. The air conditioned Chalet has a fully equipped kitchen and the living area leads to a patio with braai facilities, where we even provide the Bushveld wood without any extra costs! There is a separate bedroom, and a bathroom with toilet, shower and bath. Maximum 4 guests can stay here. The bedroom has a double bed, and in the living room there is also a double bed.

The other detached unit is an air conditioned self catering flat and is directly behind the main house but has a private entrance. It has 2 bedrooms which have to share a bathroom with a bath and a shower. In the one room there is a double bed and in the other room there are 3 single beds. There is a fully equipped little kitchen with a bar fridge, a microwave oven, a two plate stove with oven, toaster, kettle and cutlery. There is also a braai outside. This flat is suitable for short stays, such as for travelers, people who need to work in the area or those involved in certain sporting events. Interested parties looking at the pictures please make sure weather it is the chalet or the apartments to avoid confusion.There is a swimming pool and a farm dam where guests can swim and we have secure parking on the premises. Bed linen and towels are provided in all units. Just note that there are no card facilities to pay outstanding fees and therefore cash will be appreciated. Although there is a dirt road of 3 km from the R516, it is in good condition and any car can drive it - no need for a 4X4!

We want to introduce our guests to the silence and the beauty of the Bushveld, therefor there are no TV's or WiFi installed in the apartment or chalet.
