Important Information
Deposit of 50% of total cost, payable to confirm booking. A balance of total cost payable 30 days prior to arrival date. Refundable damage/breakage deposit required by the landlord/owner of occupied premises.The reservation will only be confirmed once the guest has paid the deposit and the landlord/owner has in writing confirmed to the guest that the reservation has been accepted. In the event that the full rental is not paid by the final rental payment date, the landlord/owner shall be entitled to forthwith cancel the reservation and retain the deposit already paid.
