Villa Royale 2 is a spacious and beautiful ground-floor apartment, situated in a secure complex on Colwyn Drive in Sheffield. The apartment offers spectacular ocean views from its patio and all the bedrooms. The air-conditioned apartment comprises three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an open-plan lounge, kitchen and dining area. The first bedroom contains a double bed and the second and third bedrooms each contain twin single beds. Linen and bath towels are provided.The kitchen is well-equipped for self-catering and includes a fridge-freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, crockery and cutlery.

Important Information
A refundable breakage deposit of R2000 is required
A standard R 300.00 booking fee will be charged over and above the quoted accommodation amount
R350 will be charged on 2 night bookings .Please note that this is not a pet-friendly apartment. We do not do bookings for unaccompanied under 25's. Smoking is permitted on the balcony but not inside the apartment. Guests must provide their own beach towels. Villa Royale is a residential complex with a no noise policy. All adults are required to supply copies of their ID's and initial each 32 pages of the rules and regulations.

To clarify each type of traveller and the documents required:-
A domestic traveller - any persons residing in South Africa
A copy of their ID as well as a utility account (not older than 3 months) must be presented when making a reservation.
An international traveler - any persons NOT residing in South Afirca
A copy of their passport must be presented when making a reservation.
Extremely steep walk down to the beach from pool area in complex, and an alternative path to beach on parking bay, south side of complex
Villa Royale is situated on a cliff with wonderful sea views
Sheffield Beach is not a swimming beach, the closest swimming beach is Salt Rock Beach. There is a lovely rock pool in front of the complex perfect for kids
