REFUNDABLE KEY DEPOSIT OF R400 WILL BE PAYABLE IN CASH ON ARRIVAL.
WE ONLY TAKE FULLY VACINATED GUESTS WITH QR AND VACINATED CERTIFICATE
• No smoking in rooms or on the guesthouse premises;
We got NO DSTV only local channels.
We got no Braai, BBQ or facilities to make your own food.
Breaking any rules due to ignorance does not count, we will check you out for free;
• Only check-in and paying guests are allowed in or on the premises, visitors allowed only with permission.
• EFT and PayPal payments accepted well in advance and prior to arrival, proof of payment required if no show on our banking system;
• If the room is not what you expected, we will gladly arrange alternative accommodation for you if available;
• If check out late or after 10 am, 50% of room tariff will be charged;
• Check in from 3 pm. Please notify your arrival time that we can welcome you on arrival;
• Early arrivals will be accommodate if possible subject to housecleaning and circumstances;
• Quiet time is from 2 pm to 6 pm and from 10 pm to 7 am. Please consider other guests;
• If there is anything wrong or not to your satisfaction please notify the owner or staff on duty, do not be shy and later go and post it on a review page. Complain when you’re here! Let’s fix it;
• Valuables can be given in for safekeeping we are not responsible for loss or damage;
• Please lock your room and the front door and gate if you go out, leave it in the same state you get it;
• Adults must be controlled at all time’s by their spouses;
• No parking is allowed in the driveway due to safety reasons and emergency evacuation;
• Guest parking is in front of the establishment where indicated;
• Please check emergency evacuation plan display in rooms and route out to assembly point;
• Save electricity by switching off lights, fan and TV when leaving room and not in use;
• Leave towels on bathroom floor if you want to exchange for clean ones;
• NO alcohol use are allowed in rooms or on premises;
• Intoxicated persons will be asked to check out and leave or will be locked up by the police;
• Do not put soiled or dirty luggage on beds and duvet covers, respect others persons property;
• Rooms will be serviced between 10 am and 2 pm so please vacate. If not, it will not be service;
• Make sure you suntan is washed off before going to sleep, it may soil and stain the bedding;
• No eating, drinking of wine, or preparing of food in rooms; Dinning room can be use and utensils supplied.
• Complimentary tea, coffee are provided in tooms;
• No private bedding or appliances are allowed in rooms;
• No towels, glasses, electric plugs, bedding or any utensils are allowed to be taken out of the premises to be use outside;
• Ask for beach towels, and paper or plastic cups for drinking on the beach if needed;
• The right of admission reserved and we can refuse entry although you did book;
• Light breakfast strictly served at 8 am;
• Please notify us of any allergies or products you cannot eat;
• Refundable key and damage deposit payable on arrival;
• Guest house kitchen is out of bounds and is not allowed to be used for personal cooking;
• This not a self-catering establishment;
• Laundry is not allowed to be washed in rooms, shower or basins; Use the laundry on premises;
• Do not deposit feminine hygiene products or any non-bio degradable items in the toilet, use the bin provided;
