The large kitchen is well equipped for self-catering, and a washing machine is available. The villa also offers guests a large elevated deck for sunrise and sunset viewing. The living area leads out to a patio with dining furniture, and a splash pool. In addition, there is a large boma and barbecue area.

A private security company ensures top-class security. The manager will greet the guests at airport or at the villa and is available upon request.
