There is a spacious living area with a lounge fitted with a flatscreen TV with DStv and a dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and has a washing machine and tumble dryer. Important Information
1. This Villa is fitted with 1900 liter back up water tanks
2. This is a smoke free Villa, please smoke outside.
3. This Villa accommodates a maximum of 8 people including children. No exceptions will be allowed.
4. Confirmation of payments received will be confirmed in writing.
5. Only when total payment is received will we authorise entry to the estate.
6. The rate quoted for this period includes the daily cleaning service of the Villa and access to the estate for the first vehicle. Additional vehicles will pay an entrance fee per the rules of the Estate, currently R30 per day, to a maximum of R200 per visit. This need to be paid in full to the Owner in advance before access will be granted for the additional vehicle(s)

9. Please supply your own swimming towels and beach umbrella. 8 Small beach chairs are in the Villa.
10. Toilet paper is supplied on your arrival. Should you need extra during your stay, please supply yourselves.
11. Towels provided is for use in the Villa only. Bring own beach/swimming towels
