A refundable breakage deposit may be required. (R500 - R1500)
A standard R 300.00 booking fee will be charged over and above the quoted accommodation amount.
A linen fee of R300 - R350 will be charged on 2 night bookings. This unit has mini bouquet DSTV .Please note that this is not a pet-friendly apartment. We do not do bookings for unaccompanied under 25's. Smoking is permitted on the balcony but not inside the apartment. Guests must provide their own beach towels. Villa Royale is a residential complex with a no noise policy. All adults are required to supply copies of their ID's at least 24 hours prior to occupation.
