Important Information

• Prices are quoted per person per day unless otherwise stated on the invoice.
• Rates are quoted on a Bed and Breakfast basis unless otherwise stated.
• All Rates are subject to change. Confirmed reservations will always be honoured at the confirmed rates.
• 100% of the booking amount is required at the time of the booking for the booking to be confirmed.
• 100% of the booking amount is required to confirm a booking for 1 night only bookings. A R250 cleaning fee is added over and above the standard rate for one night stays only.
• A confirmed booking (when a 100% payment has been made), constitutes a binding contract and is deemed that the guest/s have read and accepted the Terms and Conditions
• All guests are required to provide identification (ID or driver’s license card) upon check-in. The reservation is not transferable.
• Any additional meals or services at an additional cost incurred during your stay to be paid on the morning before checking out in cash as we do not have a debit or credit card facility.
• Non-paying guests are not permitted on the premises of Villa Esperanza.

Cancellation Policy:

• 1 Month prior to book in date, 50% is forfeited
• 2 Weeks prior to book in date,75% is forfeited
• 7 Days or less prior to book in date, 100% of deposit or pre-payment is forfeited
• There are no refunds provided for early departures or partial booking stays.


Other Terms and Conditions of Stay:

• No other persons other than those quoted for and booked are permitted to share accommodation.
• No smoking inside the building of Villa Esperanza. There is an allocated veranda area outside with ashtrays provided.
• No illegal drugs are allowed on the premises at any time
• No intoxicated bad behaviour or aggressive behaviour will be tolerated

Payment Methods Accepted:

• Payment Methods: Internet Transfer for full amount 7 working days prior to the arrival date or Cash Payments only. Villa Esperanza B&B does not have a credit/debit card machine

Check in & Check Out:

• Check-in time: From 15h00 until 19h00. ( Prior arrangement for Earlier arrivals required)
• Check out time: 09h30 (Prior arrangement for Late checkouts required. Not available if another booking is arriving on the same day.)

Indemnity:

• Guests attend this establishment at their own risk. The proprietor or employees shall not be liable for, and the guest/s hereby waive/s and abandon any claim of whatever nature including but not limited to that of theft, injury, loss or damage of whatever nature against the proprietor/s default, negligence or otherwise.
• Insurance Cover for guests and their personal effects is not provided by Villa Esperanza. Guests are encouraged to ensure adequate cover is in place for all eventualities prior to their arrival.
