Important Information

A 50% deposit will confirm the booking and the balance must be paid at the Establishment upon check-in.

CANCELLATION POLICY
A deposit of 50% is payable within 24 hours from the time of the receipt of the tentative booking in order to confirm the reservation. Should the booking be cancelled the following shall apply:
• Should the cancellation be 7 days or more before the date of reservation, then R200 shall be retained as administrative fees and the balance shall be returned within three working days from the date of cancellation.
• Should the cancellation be less than 7 days from the date of reservation, then the deposit shall be forfeited in lieu of the loss of potential patronage while the apartment was being held in favour of the said parties.

4. No extra guests are allowed over and above the number stipulated in the agreement.
5. No smoking is allowed in the apartment.
6. No pets are allowed.
7. The volume of music and noise to be kept at a reasonable level at all times.
8. The time of arrival is from 14:00 till 18:00 and departure is strictly at or before 10:00.
