We are extremely disappointed in the service and quality of the hotel that was booked through travelstart. The pictures are deceiving and does not include aspects of the hotel which we have experienced and are common. Upon arriving the air conditioning was not working. We have spent two nights without a working air conditioning without management changing our rooms. Furthermore, myself and my wife are allergic to animals and there were cats and dogs wandering around the hotel at all times and therefore we were scared to leave the room.
