★★★★★ I was bit disappointed, firstly the lift was not working. We had to carry our heavy bags up and down the stairs. then we got into our room, the was a paddle of water on the kitchen floor the fridge was leaking. the toilet in the bathroom water wouldn't stop running after flushing.With all that said, the staff were very friendly and helpful. I don't think I'll come back though.

★★★★★ We stayed in an adjoined studio. The room itself was nice but quite small, with a grid over the window which made it a bit dark. The service we experienced from staff however wasn't really up to hotel standards. Even though they seemed friendly, they really weren't very helpful when it came to helping with shuttles, room service,etc. And the indoor pool is cold.
