This luxurious comprises three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area, leading to a sheltered patio. The first room has a queen-size bed, air-conditioning, and a modern en-suite shower. The second room has a queen-size bed and the third room has two single beds. Each room has built-in cupboards, bedside cabinets, and a dressing table. The second bathroom has a bath, basin, and toilet. Beds have cotton linens and cotton bath towels.

The kitchen is equipped with a stove with a steam fan, fridge-freezer, kettle, toaster, microwave, washing machine, tumble dryer, and granite counter. The dining area has a dining table for six and a chest of drawers. The lounge has air-conditioning, an L-shaped lounge set and a flat-screen television with selected DStv channels.

The living area has a sliding door leading to a sheltered porch with privacy shutters. The veranda also has an L-shaped couch, coffee table with a view of the estuary and a gas grill. Harry, the hippopotamus, relaxes near the apartment porch. There is another braai area shared with the unit next door, but guests have their own braai area.
