You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of GBP 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note the office is based off site therefore all guests will receive an email on the day of arrival with instructions for your self check in containing access codes. Arrivals after 18:00 will be required to sign and return via email a registration form and ID. If you are unable to provide this before the office closes at 18:00 the property will unfortunately be unable to send across any codes. Please note that this property only accommodates guests over the age of 21. A security deposit of GBP 100 to GBP 300 is required on the day of arrival depending on apartment size and occupants and prior to received access codes. This deposit is fully refundable upon check out and subject to inspection of the accommodation and returned keys. Cash is not accepted at the property. Car parking is available off site at GBP 8.50 per 24 hours, this does not require pre booking and discount cards can be found within your welcome information upon arrival. Payment is taken via online payment system therefore please ensure when entering details the correct billing address is added or payment will decline. Upon booking GBP 1 will be debited and returned immediately to check card details are valid. Please note that the lift at the property is small and can only hold maximum of 2 people. Larger baby prams/wheelchairs will not be suitable unless folded. Please contact reservations prior to arrival to discuss any accessibility requirements if this may be an issue. Please note that due to building work being carried out by the council to the building opposite lower Fenwick Street is closed to traffic however the footpath remains open as normal for access to the building. During this time occasional noise pollution maybe encountered from the building work. If you have any concerns please contact Reservations ahead of your stay as it may be possible to allocate you a quieter apartment depending on the apartment type booked. Please note that due to fire, health and safety regulations the property is unable to accommodate disabled guests as it is unable to provide adequate means of escape in the event of a fire. POLICY_CHILDREN All children are welcome. There is no capacity for extra beds in the room. POLICY_HOTEL_INTERNET WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.
