UnderHill farm is a 100% upcycled eco-friendly guest farm nestled in the Overberg on the banks of the Botrivier. Underhill Farmhouse is shaded by old oak trees and can sleep 4 in two bedrooms, with sleeping for another two in the loft above the lounge. There are two bathrooms with travertene tiles and high quality finishes. The main bedroom also has an enclosed outdoor shower/bath.

UnderHill Cottage is between the other two cottages with its own facilities and private views. it has a large main bedroom with a king size bed and a separate alcove with two single beds. A wrap around stoep with views of the farm, pool, garden and mountains complete the picture.

Rivendell cottage, perched on the edge of the Twaalfontein stream, has two bedrooms and one bathroom. The stoep features an enclosed braai area with eating and ample seating. There is a Jacuzzi style pool and a private pathway down to a brick patio with a fire pit next to the river.

Hobbit Hollow is located on the opposite side of the farm set into the bank of the river. It has two bedrooms, one bath, and a fully equipped kitchen. The outside terrace features a covered eating area leading down to the river. It is quiet, secluded and beautifully situated with it's own wier built to naturally create a swimming area.
