Important Information
Where cancellation occurs:
No show or cancellation within 14 days of stay – No refund due.
Cancellation between 15 and 30 days before stay – 25% of the deposit that was required will be refunded.
Cancellation between 60 and 30 days before stay – 50% of the deposit that was required will be refunded.
Cancellation more than 60 days before stay – full refund.
For all long stay bookings, where a cancellation occurs within 24 (twenty four) hours of arrival, you may retain the full amount quoted for the first four weeks, 25% (twenty five percent) of the amount quoted for the following four weeks and the balance of the amount quoted for the remainder of the booking must be refunded.
A green fee of R60 per day for heaters in the rooms. R200 refundable key deposit payable. A strict no-smoking policy. Airport transfers and laundry services available.
