Tsakane Safari Camp have been providing classic and private safari packages for discerning guests since 1995. Our Tsakane Safari Camp is situated in the Northern section of the Balule Game Reserve and Greater Kruger Conservancy. From the outset, we have always focused on providing niche safari and conservation products for small groups.The five, fully catered, private accommodation units are individually set in the bush fanning the perimeter of the camp. Important Information
1. Tsakane shall submit a quotation within twelve hours from transmission.
2. Rates quoted shall be valid for a period of 7 days from the date of quotation.
3. Accommodation shall be held for a period of 7 days from the date of quotation.
4. Reservations shall be confirmed by way of an invoice sent on receipt of a 50% deposit or as stipulated on the quotation.
5. The balance of deposits are payable 7 days prior to the reservation date or as stipulated on the quotation.
6. The full deposit shall be refunded in the unlikely event that Tsakane Safari Co cancels the reservation.
7. The full deposit, less any unrecoverable costs incurred, shall be refunded for cancellations received prior to 30 days of the reservation date.
8. 50% of the deposit, less any unrecoverable costs incurred, shall be refunded for cancellations made within 30 days but prior to 14 days of the reservation date.
9. Deposits cannot be refunded for cancellations made within 14 days of the reservation date.
10. Tsakane safari Co's Rangers, Guides and Program Facilitators reserve the right to cancel, postpone or reschedule any activities subject to environmental and safety considerations.
11. Any Guest, who after an initial warning, persists to present a safety risk to Tsakane personnel and/or Guests of the Company shall be asked to leave the facilities without any expectation of compensation.
12. Any Guest, who after an initial warning, persists to be unreasonable and negatively effects the ambience of the safari for other Guests shall be asked to leave the facilities without any expectation of compensation.
13. Conservation levy payable in cash at the Parsons Nature Reserve entrance gate.
14. All Guests shall abide by the rules of the Reserves / conservation areas in which Tsakane Safari Co operates.
