Rates are subject to change without prior notice. All rates will be confirmed upon reservation.

Rates are per room per night and include a delicious full English and/or continental home-cooked breakfast, warm hospitality, impeccable room, breath taking views of the valley, sea and mountains, daily housekeeping, off-street parking, free wireless internet access and of course tranquility.

Single rates are on request.
All children welcome.
A 50% deposit is required upon confirmation of a booking to secure a reservation.The remaining 50% is payable on date of arrival, unless otherwise arranged.Preferred means of payment are credit card, EFT or cash. We accept both VISA and MasterCard credit cards. Swift and electronic payments made directly into our bank account must be made free of bank charges.For EFT's: 48-hour Cancellation Clause: Should the deposit not reflect in our bank account within 48-hours of booking, your reservation will automatically be cancelled.All bookings will be confirmed by e-mail after receipt of the deposit.

Check-in time is from 2 - 6pm. Late arrivals after 6pm must be pre-arranged at least 24 hours in advance, as 6pm is when our reception closes.
Check-out time is strictly 10am, unless otherwise arranged.Tranquility Guest House has taken its first step in going green and turned its Jacuzzi into a splash pool in order to save energy.

Tranquility Guest House is a non-smoking establishment.Tranquility Guest House is not pet friendly.Please take note that access to Tranquility Guest House is via stairs ONLY. We have NO lift. One staircase takes you up to the ground floor and grants you access to the entrance, dining room, kitchen, lounge, mountain deck and the Rose Room. A further staircase inside the guest house takes you up to the first floor and grants you access to the Romantic Room and the Mountain Room. An outside staircase from the mountain deck takes you up to the first floor and grants you access to the Loft Room.The proprietors are not responsible for loss or damage to property of, or injury to any guest, member of their family, visitor or any person whatsoever on the premises, arising from fire, theft or otherwise whatsoever cause, or arising from negligence or wrongful act of the owners or any staff in the employ of the establishment.The Terms and Conditions of this booking are deemed as being accepted on receipt of the deposit, or credit card details.
