About Tia Ghee Tented Camp
Tia Ghee Tented Camp offers nine tents, each on wooden decks and equipped with beds, bedding and towels. Flush toilets and hot showers help make your stay more comfortable, and as there is no electricity we use gas, paraffin and fire.

enjoy the birding and hiking opportunities the area offers. Tia Ghee Tented Camp is a proud partner of Baviaans Mega-Reserve and is located 13 km from Patensie, 100 km from Port Elizabeth and 70 km from Jeffreys Bay.

Important Information
We do not have credit card facilities or cell phone reception on site at Tia Ghee and final payment can be made prior to arrival.
The owners and staff members of Tia Ghee Tented Camp will not be held liable for any loss, damage, injury or illness incurred or suffered by any guest or any other person whilst on the premises. We do not have very dangerous animals, but we do have ticks, bees and mosquito's.
The 3.5 km dirt road to the tents is not very good, but you do not need a 4x4. Drive careful and slowly. Ground clearance will help with the middlemannetjie and stream crossings. Not for a new car with low profile tyres.
