Important Information

No day visitors are allowed. Regrettably the lodge does not provide towels for use at the swimming pool, you need to bring your own swimming towels. No music allowed. Only the amount of people booked into the unit will be allowed on the premises. No cleaning services are available over weekends or long weekends. All kitchens must be clean on the day of departure otherwise there will be a deduction of R50.00 per kitchen of key deposit amount. Guest need to bring their own swimming towels; if any of the lodge towels or blankets are used outside there will be a deduction of R50.00 per item of the deposit.

NEED TO BRING OWN FOOD, TOILETRIES, MOSQUITO REPELLENT AND SWIMMING TOWELS.

Key Deposit: R200.00 payable per unit in cash on arrival and refundable back into your account Monday after departure.

Rules and regulations:

Deposit refundable Monday after departure. Any problem/queries must be reported to management for investigation before 18H00 on day of arrival. Gates must be closed at all times. Just the amount of people booked into the unit will be allowed on the premises. Regrettably the lodge does not provide towels for use at the swimming pool. Accommodation amount does not include any food. Need to bring owns food, toiletries and swimming towels. All kitchens must be clean on day of departure it not a deduction of R50.00 per kitchen of key deposit. No services of unites and rondawels over weekends or long weekends. No smoking allowed inside the units. No pets allowed. Use of garden hose prohibited. Use of facility on own risk. Parking on own risk.

Arrival at 14H00 and departure at 10H00, office open at 08:00 and close at 19:00. No extra day visitors except if arrange before with management. No four-wheel motorbikes or any battery operated vehicles allowed. All right of admission and accommodation reserved. No Fireworks, of whatever nature, are permitted on Thula Thula Lodge property. All fires need to be put out after use. No loud music, silence from 22H00. Hooting and loud music will not be permitted in the driveway, parking areas, boma or swimming pool area. No permanent alterations are allowed. Any damage to Thula Thula Lodge property, including décor will be charged for accordingly.

Thula Thula Lodge shall not be held liable for interruptions of services such as Water, Electricity and Sanitary Services. Thula Thula Lodge shall not be held liable for refund for cancellation of accommodation or Deposit paid back within 7 days of arrival. No discount or refund should you leave before departure date. Thula Thula Lodge will not be liable for loss or damage to any property whatsoever. Thula Thula Lodge does not accept liability or loss or damage of any item during this period. Should Thula Thula Lodge buildings, surroundings gardens, décor or napery be damage by the client during their stay/function, the client shall be held responsible and will be billed accordingly.
