The Perch

The Perch is situated in the centrally located residential suburb of Pinelands. The cottage is fully equipped for self-catering and sleeps up to three people. The main bedroom is furnished with a double bed and an additional single bed can be found in the converted living room. This sleeping area can be closed off with a blind. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, a toaster, a hob, a toaster oven, a kettle, crockery and utensils, and a full-size fridge. The cottage has a separate entrance and secure parking for up to two cars, as well as a small private outdoor patio from which to enjoy the fresh Cape air. For golfers, Mowbray Golf Course is situated nearby.

Shops and restaurants are within 1 km of the cottage and, scattered throughout Pinelands, are lovely small parks for children to play in. Pinelands are within 10 km of Cape Town International Airport and about 10 km from Cape Town City Centre and the Waterfront.
