Important Information

Excluded in the price is a refundable breakage deposit of R 1000. Breakage deposit to be paid directly to the agent via EFT prior to arrival or in cash at time of key collection.
A R 300 service fee will be payable on arrival with the breakage deposit

Breakage deposits will be refunded within 10 business days after check-out, should everything be in order.

House Rules:
No pets
No smoking
No loud noises after 10 pm
No parties or events
No Bachelor / Bachelorette Parties permitted

Linen and bath towels are provided. Please bring your own beach towels.

To avoid additional cleaning fees, please leave the property in the same condition as it was found.

As all our properties are residential homes we appreciate your respect to the property as well as the neighbors, therefore we do not permit loud parties or disruption to the neighborhood or the home in any way.

Check-in time is 3PM - 7PM
Check out by 10AM

Late arrivals will be charged at R 250 per hour or part therefore, up until 21:00, payable in cash on arrival. No check ins will be done after 21:00 and you will be considered a no show.
