The Kite House is a beautiful modern house situated in the upper village with all the extra comforts to make your stay enjoyable. The property is North-facing, which makes it unique for all seasons as you experience the rhythm and magic of each season with snow capped mountains in winter, shades of orange and red in Autumn, blossoms and beautiful roses in Spring and freshly grown grapes in Summer.The expansive open plan living area has big stack-back doors that open up to the stoep, for the summer evenings there is a free standing braai on the stoep and for the cooler winter night

Pets are welcome by prior arrangement / check-in from 14h00 and check out at 10h00.
House rules:
SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS AND LIABILITY:
Please ensure that you and/or your visitors lock your cars when they are parked on the premises.
Please also ensure you close all windows and lock all doors when leaving rooms or the property unattended.
Do take care when taking a bath or shower as the water can be very hot.
Please ensure that children are supervised when taking a bath or shower.
The braai and internal fire are potentially dangerous.
Please take care when using these facilities and keep children well away from them.
Use of the The Kite House pool is for authorised guests only.
When using the pool keep children under active supervision at all times.
Stay in arm's reach of children.
Designate a responsible person to watch the water when people are in the pool-never allow anyone to swim alone. Strictly no diving in to the pool or running in the vicinity of the pool.
Always walk please.
No music or loud noise.
We will not be responsible for any damage caused to a guest or their visitors when using the facilities and damage/injury was caused by not adhering to these safety instructions and was caused beyond our reasonable control.
The management reserves the right to prohibit the use of these premises to any person and the right to remove persons whose behaviour is such that it interferes with the comfort and safety of others including neighbours. Persons using these premises do so at their own risk.
The supplier takes no responsibility for damage done to persons or possessions in this area by themselves or others for reasons beyond the supplier's control, nor is the supplier responsible for loss of possessions left unattended.
By booking The Kite House and accepting the keys you acknowledge these facts and indemnify the supplier and employees of any claims pertaining to the above.
