The Green Room - Studio is a comfortable self-catering studio unit. The unit is set in the calm and green suburb of Hout Bay on the slopes of the Constantiaberg. This studio unit can comfortably sleep two adults and is ideal for honeymoon couples.

The unit is set in large property with its own private entrance and secure parking space. The room with wood-laminate flooring, and calm white interior offers a feeling of space and serenity. A queen-size bed is in the centre of the room. To the one side you will find a TV area, with a sofa and TV with Satellite channels. To the other side is the fully fitted kitchen equipped with everything you would need for home cooking. Included is a small dining table, en-suite bathroom and walk in closet. The unit is service weekly or on request. A laundry service is available on request.

The unit leads out down a set of stairs to the swimming pool and a garden with a picnic table set under the trees. Hout Bay beach and harbour are all a short drive away.

In addition, The Protea Room is a newly renovated double room offering bed and breakfast accommodation. It is situated on the garden with its own private entrance. It has an en suite bathroom - shower only. Both The Studio (self catering) and The Protea Room (B&B) share use of the garden and swimming pool.
