Large doors lead out onto a patio with access to the Breakwater Hotel gardens.

There is one covered parking bay. Guest staying at Breakwaters 212 can make use of all the hotel facilities including the swimming pool. There is direct beach access from the resort grounds. The apartment is serviced from Mondays to Saturdays.
