RECEPTION POLICY
Check In: West Coast Life 's reservations office, situated in Crystal Lagoon lodge
Reception Hours: Check-in: 14.00- 19.00 | Check-out 11.00.
Late arrivals: If late arrivals are not pre-arranged we can’t guarantee reception, and you might forfeit your reservation.
Late Arrivals 19.00-23.00: Surcharge of R50.00 per hour |
Late Arrivals after 23.00: Surcharge of R100 per hour.
Late arrival fees can’t be charged to your guest account, it must be settled on arrival to the check-in officer.
Early check-ins: R50.00 surcharge per hour.

Confirmed Reservations: To secure a reservation, we require a deposit of 50% of the total accommodation tariff, unless it is 30 days or less prior to arrival, then 100% is payable.
Cheque Payments: We regret that we do not accept cheques.
Guest number: Should the number of guests upon arrival at the guesthouses exceed the original arrangement, the original quote will not apply and the tariffs would be amended accordingly. Should the guests be less than arranged, our standard cancellation policy will apply.
Pets: Please note that neither of our guesthouses allow pets, arrangements can be made to accommodate pets at the nearby kennels.
Bank deposit reference: Use your arrival date and surname as reference: Arr 25 Aug Surname.
