Important Information
* Any balance outstanding is payable no later than 45 days before arrival.
* Tourism Development Levy (TDL) is not included and is payable at the lodge on arrival. This rate ranges between $1.36 and $6.72.
* Online/Credit Card Payment: Payment can be made online. To prevent unauthorised credit card use, the following is required:
--> For Individuals: The credit card holder must be one of the guests utilising services as booked. A copy of the passport must be provided at the time of payment. The credit card used for the transaction shall be verified upon check-in.
* Cancellation Policy:
During High and Festive Season:
--> 31 to 90 days prior to the Reservation Date will incur a cancellation fee equal to 75% of the Rate.
--> 0 to 30 days prior to the Reservation Date will incur a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the Rate.
During Low Season:
--> 0 to 15 days prior to the Reservation Date will incur a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the Rate.
All amendments/cancellations must be submitted in writing to The African Tulip Ltd. The effective date for cancellation shall be the date on which the written notice is received.
* Day room bookings at the establishment are only bookable directly with the property and shall begin at 12h00 and terminate at 18h00 (East African Time) on the Reservation date and shall be subject to a day room charge. All Day Room bookings are strictly subject to availability and at the sole discretion of the management. Any use of the room beyond 18h00 on the Reservation date shall be subject to the full overnight rate.
* A mandatory meal supplement of USD 30 per person per night shall apply during the Festive Season, specifically on the 24th, 25th, and 26th of December 2026 (Christmas period), and on the 31st of December 2026 and 1st of January 2027 (New Year period).
