The Self Catering Sticky Tongue is a game lodge in a 3000-hectare private game reserve, just over 58 kilometers outside Phalaborwa. There is also a fireplace at the rock pool that overlooks the waterhole - wildlife come here regularly. Game drives are available.

Game species include impala, kudu, blue wildebeest, red hartebeest, waterbuck, general and mountain reedbuck, duiker, nyala, giraffe, Burchellse zebras, wild goats, grysbok and klipspringers. There are small predators such as tierboskatke, lynxes, civets and the Big 5.
