About The Pink Palace - Sea View

You will have to try this house. The Pink Palace has beautiful sea views and are perfectly situated for a nice, quiet break away.

This is a five bedroomed house. Each bedroom has it's own entrance onto a courtyard. Downstairs: Two bedrooms with ensuite (1 with bath; 1 with shower). One bedroom with 2 single beds. Separate bathroom with shower. Separate open plan living area with kitchen and lounge and inside fireplace. Outside braai.

Upstairs: Two ensuite bedrooms. One with king size bed and one with two single beds. Beautiful view from the lounge, braai area and top bedrooms. Fully enclosed courtyard. Another room can be opened at an extra cost of R120 per extra adult or R70 per extra child per night.

DSTV - Bring own decoder and smart card. Dish not compatible for PVR decoders. Bring own Towels. Bedding provided. Alarm: Inside and Outside beams.

Arniston is famous for starry night sky’s as we do not have street lights. The Arniston Beaches have clear rock pools ideal for snorkeling and warm water up to 20 degrees during summer. Hiking along the coast and resting on the memorial benches is a high point. During September whale watching must be added to your list. Arniston is also a well known fishing destination. Watch the local fishermen launch their boats and join in the excitement when they bring home their catch of the day. The Cave, that can only be accessed during low tide, must also be added on your list of things to do.

No booking will be confirmed unless the full deposit amount has been cleared by the bank.
You will take full responsibility for all breakages, damages or losses during your period of rent, whether by occupants or your guests.
You use the premises and all equipment at your own risk and I will not hold Etna's Accommodation or the home owners responsible for any losses or damages during your stay.
You further understand that if you exceed the permitted number of tenants (children included), or cause a disturbance by having loud parties, you will be required to vacate the property immediately!
No loud parties are allowed.
No 21'st or matric parties aloud.
Only permitted number of people (children included) are allowed per property.
If you exceed this number, you will be asked to vacate the property immeadiately.
