The Meritus is located in Westville Durban, and provide luxury accommodation to families and business people. The guest house is less than 10 minutes away from The Pavilion Shopping Centre, 25 minutes from the King Shaka International Airport and 15 minutes away from the beautiful Durban beachfront.The beautifully furnished rooms feature private entrances and private bathrooms. Temperature taking and screening will take place on arrival. Hand sanitising is required as is the wearing of masks in communal areas. A COVID-19 registration form must be completed. Rooms and keys are sealed after being sanitised.

Important Information
• The Meritus is situated in a residential area, therefore loud music is not permitted after 22:00.
• Daily housekeeping is from 08:00 to 12:00.
"• Parking is limited to one free parking bay per room. Extra bays can be requested at R30 per vehicle.

•Parking is at your own risk.
• Check-in time is from 14:00 to 18:00. Check-out time is at 10:00.
• Visitors are allowed until 22:00 only.
• All rooms are non-smoking. There are designated smoking areas on the property.
• Extra guests staying overnight will be charged a full night’s stay + penalty of R200 pp per night.
• We regret, that we do not allow pets onto the premises.
• The use of the swimming pool is entirely at your own risk.
Our Cancellation policy is as follows:
A Cancellation less than 24 hours or during your stay at The Meritus will forfeit the entire amount.
A Cancellation within 7 days or less will forfeit the entire deposited amount.
A Cancellation more than 7 days will result in a full refund.
