Cancellation Policy
Cancellations will be refunded as per our policy, minus any applicable administrative or bank charges.
Before Arrival
A Guest Registration Document will be sent prior to your stay and must be completed and returned to receive your apartment keys at the sales office (20m from the main gate). A gate access code will be provided one day before arrival.
Check-in & Check-out
Check-in: 14:00 - 17:00 (Late check-in requires special key collection arrangements).
Check-out: Strictly by 10:00.
