Please note that the 'Vibrant Weekend' rooms are located above Sam's Bar and music will be heard until 03:30 on a Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Bank Holiday only. The rooms are not affected by late night music on any other nights. While the hotel welcomes all group bookings it is imperative that you inform the hotel before you travel that you will be part of a stag/hen group, otherwise the hotel reserves the right to refuse the booking. If a group booking of more than 5 rooms in one day is created from individual bookings made in succession or in parallel by a participant or participant group, the hotel may pool the individual bookings into one group booking and modify the booking and cancellation terms and conditions.
