I loved the interaction between hotel staff and guests. I found the Manager particularly professional and friendly and always visible and approachable which is rare these days. The WIFI was on point and there are enough TV channels available. I loved the amenities which are world class and also the 'clever quips' on all the notices in the room. I appreciated the fridge. I did not like the fact that there was no hair dryer in the bedroom and it was very difficult to obtain one from Housekeeping. When they did bring me one that worked they could not find a suitable double adaptor for it. I also...
